Activision Blizzard employees say company hasn't met their demands, rejects hiring of law firm

The letter specifically calls out the hiring of law firm WilmerHale to review the company's policies. The letter notes that Activision Blizzard has already been a client of WilmerHale, that Stephanie Avakian, the partner leading the investigation, "specializes in protecting the wealthy and powerful," and that Fran Townsend, EVP of corporate diplomacy, has had previous relationships with members of the firm.
The employees call on leadership to continue to do amend. In the meantime, the alliance said information technology'south taking a number of steps on its own, including building a mentorship plan and hosting open listening sessions.
